Set to open in late August 2018 the Derby based Birds bakery have over fifty shops spread across the UK. The shop had been home to Holland & Barretts for many years before becoming a bakery.

The Fruit Market was at number 9 Market Street which is on the right in the above photo. No further information is available.

New Look in Lichfield on Market Street on the site of the former London and Mildland Bank. Parts of the building banking histroy can be seen at the rear of the property.

The London and Midland Bank opened a branch in Market Street in 1892 and remained there for eighty years before it moved to new premises at the corner of Market Street and Dam Street in 1972.
